A premium single floor apartment on the high skirts of Juhu, right next to Mr. Amitabh Bachchan’s house, this 1350 sqft place was in complete dismay with furniture placement, old looks, seapage and rusting and space constraints because of joint family and growing kids.
We had to get the client out of the house with the condition of 6 months start to end project deadlines. Complete look and feel of the house was changed with day and night working. Kitchen was done by poggenpohl and all the loose furniture were brought from Dubai.
Floor was escalated with premium Satvario along with touch of grey Marfil Italian marble where ever required. A combination of semi-gloss PU along with melamine polish on walnut veneer were proposed. Living room was highlighted with medium density wood which was finished in high gloss melamine polish along with black back painted glass for TV unit.
Each bedrooms are exclusive to the taste of owner and rhythm of space available keeping in mind the importance of natural light coming to the room.
