This was our first project in Ahmedabad, so obviously was full of surprises.
Mr. Vipul and his wife with one kid gave the 1st surprise stating that the Vaastu consultant have asked them to outrightly sell the property as it was not good for them. So, we had to call for our consultant and explained that each property is different and even if its not good as per Vaastu, we can still take up simple remedies and do Vaastu correction. 1st level crossed.
2nd came with Mr. Vipuls friend being a developer himself and challenging designs and costing to which we had to do a lot of convincing including explanations on why designs cannot be compared to showing out our work in Mumbai. He was convinced but still he had to give civil work to his friend which he later repented.
3rd challenge was huge – COVID 19. Yes we almost lost here! Huge labour and material challenges. We some how kept the work going in achieving small mile stones for designs while working from home.
But eventually when the work was completed it was some kind of an achievement. With so many challenges we were still holding our ground on designs and materials being used and there was no compromise on the quality of work. Read More
