Given the view of greenery it became all the more important to ensure that the windows are free to access, in fact we went a step ahead and took special permission to get in one of the balcony space inside the house to ensure proper symmetry in the living area.
Carrying a business of almost 3 decades, our client who is into engineering of huge machines and with new generation taking up the business we had to ensure that both ends of the requirement was met.
Keeping in the budget and requirement in mind we closed on combination of buldge veneer and PVC laminate for the living space. The 320 sqft living space is divided into formal and informal seating along with space for beautiful Rose Gold and marble finish mandir and home office. The idea was to avoid the dining in living area and combine it with kitchen for comfort and to maintain the neatness in the living. Kitchen and dining space is been camouflage with a 8 seater dining table along with a Satvario finish open pedestal wash basin and ample storage.
Master bedroom has its own walk in wardrobe finished in PU base and is been divided with a beautiful partition ensuring TV and dressing space.
