To complete a 1100 Sqft residence interiors with people staying on all the floors and stringent building rules and regulation was a task, however we managed it with complete support of my client.
Though we continued with the same flooring, a lot of time was saved but the task was to cater the seepage issues in the house. My client had a very modern taste and was very clear on his requirements and design taste.
He always wanted to make a statement with the entrance of the house and luckily, he had the best space to do so. We created a foyer with hidden bedroom door to ensure privacy and showcase the grandness.
TV unit was cladded with a teal and black colour 8’ x 4’ flexi tiles with beautiful combination of fluted panels and veneered furniture, a champagne green chesterfield sofa along with a maharaja chair perfectly complements it. The most unique feature of the house if a magic corner that we have created just by breaking a small wall in the passage. It enhanced the complete look of the living room. It helped us to make passage a part of the living room and making immense utility value for the place.
My client termed it as magic corner as it gives them a Bar storage, washing machine space, wash basin space and very good storage and preparation counter.
Master bedroom was designed with soft colour tones along with elements of Rose gold, beige Satvario and a beautiful 3d wall paper to complement white PU and veneer wardrobe.
Overall, it was an achievement to carry out this project and deliver it the way it was dreamt of by my client.
We were hired as Interior design consultants, thereby taking care of the entire design and monitoring the execution. Sakshi was very particular in her requirements and had a couple of furniture which they wanted to re-use. We had to merged the furniture along with the modern look of the house. Read More
The entire house had good vibe of bright pastel combinations with each room distinct to its user. Wardrobes were mainly finished in PU and with combination of veneer finish in melamine polish. Living room TV unt also had to be combined with mandir coz of this north east location. The design of mandir was merged with the TV unit, giving it one single look. Dining console was giving a back drop of mirror cladding to the house elegant and spacious. Master bedroom was rich with a very subtle colour combination of grey and white. Sons bedroom was purposely giving a rough texture bed backdrop with the combination of White PU wardrobe. Daughter room was given a window ledge seating arrangement as it had the best view.
