Paliwal House

Around a year after doing up his house, Mr. Amit paliwal came to us for his brother and Mom’s house, a 3 BHK approx. 1200 sqft in Veronica, Vasant Oasis, Marol. 

Mr. Summit Palliwal is a United states resident and his mother who has always stayed in moradabad a small town Uttar Pradesh, will be majorly occupying the space. So basically, we had to work with 4 individuals with different mindset, locality, taste and age group.

Our challenges was to ensure that all requirements were as per the mother but the outcome still had to be modern very clean and minimalistic. 

We started with giving up the small store room into the bedroom in order to accommodate two beds and a walk in wardrobe. Another room was completely converted into a Mandir room and next to it was Aunty’s bedroom. 

The building was facing severe leakage and seepage issues which was taken care off by plastering all rooms with waterproofing. The living room TV unit was book matched with Grey Marfill Italian marble along with combinations of grey and white. The kitchen was handle free modern look with black and white theme. Overall tints of colours were thrown in form of decors like curtain, headboards and Sofa fabrics.
